At KIWI design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your VR accessories; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
